Code for Sustainable Homes KPIs

Martin Print developed the Code for Sustainable Homes KPI Toolkit which is published on KPIzone.

KPIs and target setting are mentioned in the Code in relation to energy, water and construction waste, but also contribute to commercial vehicle movements and ecology.

The CSH KPI Toolkit takes the pain out of meeting some of the requirements of the Code, by providing a system for setting targets and measuring performance for the following:

  • Construction Site Waste Management (2 credits available)
  • Construction Site Impacts (2 credits available)
  • Change in ecological value of site (4 credits available)
