Amazia’s founder and Director is Martin Print who has over 25 years business improvement experience in the construction industry, having worked with major material suppliers, building product manufacturers, and a leading civil engineering contractor.

His involvement with performance measurement and benchmarking began in 1995 and he was the prime driver in the development of the UK Construction Industry KPIs – the construction industry’s first set of national performance and benchmarking data. He was a member of the team that developed the Construction Best Practice Programme which later became Constructing Excellence.

Amazia undertakes a huge variety of work ranging from single interventions with small companies to national performance measurement projects. To carry out the larger projects Amazia draws in other consultants and specialist companies from a network of some of the construction industry’s top performance measurement specialists. Each is a professional in their own right with an outstanding track record of performance.
